About Us
Dewar Family.jpg

Noble River Estate, formerly known as Dwellingup Bed & Breakfast, was custom built and managed by Margaret Noble. Margaret cultured an idyllic location for couples tying the knot, yoga retreats, group functions and family accomodation.

Steeped in history, Noble River Estate was once the site of an old dairy owned to the Wallace family, before being destroyed by Dwellingup's devastating fire of 1961.  The land stood vacant until 2005 when Margaret Noble fell in love with the forest and it’s surrounds and over 5 years built the Lodge and chalets you see today.  With her passion for gardening, Margaret lovingly planted all the dappled Autumn trees, roses and shrubs that welcome the delightful, local wildlife to the Estate.

For the past three years, the Dewar family and their team have brought a fresh feel to the estate, merging their love of wellbeing, nature and adventure. With four energetic sons and a passion for entertaining and creating meaningful connections, our vision is simple, to bring people together, grounded in nature, life and love.
