GENERAL ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment in Full is required to secure and confirm an accommodation booking.
1. Check in time: from 1400. Early check-in time is available by prior arrangement only.
2. Check-out time: by 1000. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement only.
3. Cancellation Policy: Accommodation bookings may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival and receive a

full refund. This policy does not apply to Weddings, Events or Retreats.
4. Bookings affected by Covid-19 restrictions may be moved to a more suitable date in some instances, but are non-refundable outside the conditions listed above.
5. Noble River Estate provides one basket of firewood for each chalet for the duration of your stay in winter. Bags are available for purchase from the local IGA or BP Station.

We appreciate most guests will respect our beautiful property, however, please observe the following restrictions:

  • Number of guests within each chalet shall not exceed that agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

  • No tents, swags, caravans or recreational vehicles are permitted on the property.

  • The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear

  • associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, damage to property, etc. Use contrary to this may result in

  • a request to cover any additional payments.

  • Please leave the property neat and tidy, in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Covid 19 guidelines require dishes to be cleaned in warm, soapy water, dried and put away. BBQ must be cleaned after use.

  • Disturbance to neighbouring chalets, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of chalet rental and forfeiture of any Bond.

  • Strictly no smoking within any dwelling or on any decks or wooden verandas. Outdoor bins are provided. A $50 charge will be incurred if cigarette butts are left lying in garden beds or paved areas. Please note, mulch and bush areas are highly flammable. Please act responsibly to protect our local flora and fauna.

  • Pets are not permitted on the property due to the abundance of local wildlife.

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times, therefore, must be supervised. Parents and guardians are reminded that we have two large dams and are surrounded by native bush land, so care must be taken with all children.

  • Damage and Breakages: All guests are required to act responsibly during their stay.  Any damage to the property by anyone associated with the booking party will be the responsibility of the booking party.

  • Theft and Loss: Noble River Estate takes no responsibility for guest’s personal property during their stay

  • Maintenance and general repairs: Any maintenance issues are to be referred to the caretakers immediately.

Hazards: Guests are to be aware of the hazards associated with the rental short-term accommodation including, but not limited to:

• Slipping hazards associated with internal and external wet areas such as bathrooms, tiled outdoor areas, decking and stairs.

• Tripping hazards associated with stairs.
• Hazards associated with bringing electrical appliances in contact with water.
• Natural gas hazards associated with space heating, water heating and cooking appliances such as cook tops and barbecues.

• Hazards associated with hot water from taps.

• High temperature hazards associated with heaters, ovens, cook tops, scalding water.

• Hazards associated with fireplaces and open fires.
• Hazards associated with bush properties, including snakes and insect bites.
• Other hazards normally seen in domestic households.

Noble River Estate does not assume any liability for loss, damage, injury or death to person or persons, or their personal property. Neither do they accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond their control. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the guest accepts and assumes all risks associated with the rental of this property.

WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.   Payment of a Contract Deposit is required to confirm a booking.

2.  Payment of the Contract Deposit confirms acceptance and acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions by the Booking Party.

3.  A refundable Bond of $1000 is required for all weddings and will be added to your final payment and refunded within 7 days of completion of stay. The Bond may be used to cover additional costs incurred during a tenancy, including but not limited to any breakage, damage, loss of household items, (eg, linen, appliances) and excess cleaning requirements above and beyond normal cleaning and rubbish collection.

4.  All payments for weddings are strictly non-refundable. Dates can be changed under some circumstances. Final payment must be made at least 60 days prior to the event.

  • Bar service must stop serving alcohol at 11 PM.

  • Noble River Estate are subject to the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, under which an Environmental Noise Assessment has determined that music can be no louder than 84 dB(A) until 10pm and no louder than 78 dB(A) after 10pm. Music must stop by 11pm but guests may play their own music through a standard sound docking station.

  • There are to be no drinking glasses or bottles on any dance floor. Shoes must be worn at all times on any dance floor.

  • The wooden chairs are for use inside the Lodge and on the main Deck, whilst the white Bentwood style chairs can be used on any grassed areas.

  • The booking party are responsible for the decoration and set up of tables and other such areas they desire, as well as pack down and clean.

  • Noble River Estate provides fixed lighting and some decorations that can be used at your wedding if required. Decoration set up is at your own risk.

  • Only biodegradable natural confetti can be used on the property due to the abundance of local wildlife.

  • Noble River Estate reserves the right to evict any badly-behaved person.

  • External fires can only be lit in designated fire pit areas and require the approval of Noble River Estate due to strict Fire Restriction regulations that can apply at particular times of the year.

  • Noble River Estate provides 1 bag of firewood for the Lodge (per 2-night stay), and a basket of firewood for each chalet for the duration of your stay in winter season. Firewood can be purchased from the local IGA or BP Station.

  • The booking party and their guests are responsible for collection of rubbish in the Lodge and surrounds and general tidy of the Lodge and Chalets, including all dishes and BBQs. We ask you ensure the Lodge and Chalets are left in a state as close to that which was found on your arrival. Failure to do so may incur extra cleaning costs deducted from your bond.
